• All characters depicted must be consenting adults- no child-like characters (loli/Shota)
• I will not draw hard gore- light blood is ok
• I will not draw hyper proportions- there is a limit to how big I will draw a body/bodypart(s)
• I will not draw animal NSFW- anthro/humanoid is fine
• If you request Fanart of a person or someone else’s Oc they MUST BE COMFORTABLE with the NSFW art of themselves/characters
• I have a right to deny any/all requests

Commission Process

1. Gather all references (photos, descriptions, moodboards) and completely read through TOS before filling out a commission.
2. The idea I am sent will be the final idea so have all your details in order before requesting.
3. I take PayPal and stripe. I will not start commission until payment is received.
4. You have 30 days to have your order payed for before it is closed and you will have to submit again.
5. I will send you a sketch, concept, WIP for review. All revisions must be mad then.
6. After the sketch is reviewed and revised it will go to the final piece.
7. 2 minor revisions can be made during final piece, past that each revision must be paid for.
8. When it is finished, I will send you the final piece through email.
9. I do not accept every order requested, if you have a specific deadline for your piece a fee may be added. Most orders have a turnaround of 3-4 weeks.

Commission Process/Communications

You must be at least 18 years old to order a commission
• Commissions will be started once the terms of payment have been decided on, most orders will need to be paid for up front. Large payments will have the option for paying half first half later if it is agreed upon. Commission will not be finished or sent out without full payment.
• All commissions are subject to be included in my portfolio upon completion, they will be just for showcase.
• I will send updates of commission to you throughout the process.

Cancellations

• No refunds will be given once the sketching stage has been started, so be sure this is what you want before you order.
• I have the right to cancel any commission. Commissions I cancel will get a full refund.

Licensing and copyright

• If you have not purchased a commercial fee, I, Night Angel, own all rights to the commission. This means you are not allowed to use the commission for profit.
• If you make dramatic changes to this piece or have another artist edit it, please contact me first.
• You are allowed to print the commission and use it for personal use or personal merchandise

General Rules

• Designs purchased from me are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you want it for commercial use, a license must be bought.
• You may sell/trade/gift the pieces, but it CANNOT be sold for more than what you bought it for.
• I reserve the right to use the pieces in my portfolios, websites, etc.
• Please be sure to credit me, NightAngel Arts, for the designs.

Payments

• Payments must be made first and in full before the design is sent to the buyer.
• There will be no refunds once you have paid and received the piece.
• Payment can be made through kofi,PayPal,and stripe.

Commercial Use

• This is a non refundable fee
• This fee allows you to be able to profit from the design
• Commercial fee will vary on the piece and will be discussed before hand
• If the ownership of the piece is transferred a new commercial rights fee MUST be purchased as the previous rights will not transfer to the new owner.
